Very well managed property. Maintenance is great. Beautiful landscaping.

Your car will.constantly get broken I to. There is no fitness center. There is no pool. The wet wood smell is becoming unbearable. The apartment Manger sherita and maintenance Ricky are great but only so much they can do. 4 people have broken their lease. They are letting ANYONE move in. Ready to go Asap.

I got a quick response from management when I applied and I love the fact that it’s quiet in the neighborhood. been living here almost 3 months now and I’ve had no complaints at all.

Brace yourself! I moved into Georgian Woods back in July of 2022. I just recently moved out on August 1st, 2023. I was so excited to be moving to Midtown for only $1068.00 dollars. Sharita who is the leasing office manager is a wonderful person with a beautiful spirit! She goes over and beyond as it pertains to her job. She will make sure that you have everything that you need and quickly. The maintenance team is wonderful as well. They will come fix whatever it is that needs to be fixed quickly... . The only downfall about the maintenance team is that they only work during office hours so if something happens to your apartment you'll have to wait which always isn't the best thing. I hate that these apartments did not have washer and dryer connections which means you'll be tugging clothes all the time. As far as the inside of my apartment is concerned when I first moved into my apartment the tub needed to be resurfaced as these are older units and the tubs peel, have countless cosmetic issues, and other things. They painted over it after many complaints. The air conditioner leaked into my apartment from upstairs causing water to run down into my apartment. Water leaked not only into my apartment but also through the ceiling causing it to prepare to cave. Cockroaches! Cockroaches will make their way into your apartment NO MATTER how clean you are. My car was broken into several times over here and eventually someone stole it from off the property. There is no security, gates, or sense of security. These apartments are pretty much wide open meaning anyone can access them. I was going to renew my lease but after they stole my car that was IT for me. These apartments are great to live in you can't afford expensive rent but if you can PLEASE avoid these apartments. These apartments have a lot of natural light which was a plus and the gas stove. Not the worst place to live in midtown, but certainly not the best. The laundry facility caught fire over a year ago, and after 11 months without, it was open for less than a week before a second fire.

While this was a HUGE inconvenience, the sting only got worse… We were given the occasional and VERY inconsistent $25 credit towards rent every FEW months , but THEN Georgian Woods IMMEDIATELY began charging residents for water and sewer (which were previously covered as part of your rent)... .

Aside from that DEBACLE, my dishwasher hasn’t worked in over a month. I believe we only have one maintenance person for this entire community, and he is great but overworked and spread way too thin.. I started putting in work orders over a month ago, and I’m still waiting someone to show up and attempt to fix it.

Also, vehicles break-ins are OUT OF CONTROL. Currently, there isn’t a single security camera on the property. Read More
