INFESTED with roaches! You will not be able to have company without roaches crawling over them. It’s tall roaches small roaches fat roaches skinny roaches roaches baby roaches. They’re literally starting family and colonies of roaches roaches every and rats everywhere. Can’t believe I have to live like this It’s freaking miserable. Please don’t move here

Old....Rodents in the walls.... the maintenance workers are great.... Every one I know that has stayed there has left with a huge balance.....My apt was spotless when my lease was up...but some how they came up with over $2000 worth of damages.... I had the carpet cleaned professionally ...they said I needed to have the carpet replaced but they would prorate it because of the age..... so they used me to finance a carpet replacement..... I was warned about them.... I wouldnt refer them to... nobody Read More

I'm an alien in this strange town called Memphis. Moved to this apartment from the city of Las Vegas... to me, the layout is very very strange. A small galley kitchen, with a washer and dryer in it, what is called a breakfast bar (they use that term VERY loosley, it's a price of painted wood where more cabinets could have, and should have been...), the water heater is literally located in the dead center of the first floor, god forbid it bursts, everything would be ruined. The building itself is... old, so creaky floors and thin walls are expected.
The staff is nice and when service has been needed it's been prompt. The upkeep on the grounds is not great, there is an area behind a fence that has become a landfill, the people on the other side of the fence claim it's not their responsibility, as does our property management. Theres only one dumpster for the whole complex, which is always overflowing. The sidewalks and parking lot both need patching and improvment.

I can say it's quiet for the most part, neighbors are usually respectful, and the price is great compared to what I was used to back in Vegas. Read More
