A Positive Experience at Woodlake Apartments

I’m currently moving from Woodlake Apartments, and I just want to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to the new property manager and maintenance man. They have both done an amazing job!
Any time I had an issue with my apartment, they were quick to respond, get things fixed, and make sure everything was taken care of properly. What I appreciated most was their communication. They always kept me updated and made sure I knew what was going on instead of leaving me wondering.
You can really tell… that the new management and maintenance team care about the residents and take pride in doing their jobs. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and the way they handled everything during my time here.
Thank you both for making my experience a positive one, especially during my move. I wish you all the best, and I hope the property continues to have great management and maintenance like this!

Nice apartment

Woodlakes has great management and they are wonderful with communication. The application process is clear and straight to the point and I didn’t feel like I was being scammed. Annette is not going to put you in an apartment that she wouldn’t stay in her self so when I moved in it looked new and renovated. Definitely worth it considering the affordable price!

Poor communication

The Lady In the Office is Very Sweet But she has Given me the Run around On Today! I went there at 10 am the Maintenance guy said she would not be back til 10:30. I went back at 3:30 because I had something else to do and the Door Was Locked again. The Same Maintenance Mad Called and told her to tell me To Come Back Monday. I was there to Do the Application Process.

Don’t apply these apartments in the inside very old they have bugs in plumbing problems the lady in the office very nice but these apartments is most definitely a no the bathroom is very old fashion I hate it all I promise it be roaches all in the laundromat don’t let these good reviews fool you that’s all I’m say I been here for months I’m most definitely running soon.
