I have been in the home building and real estate business since 1987. I am the Principal Broker and owner of Georgia Evans Realty, LLC located in Smyrna, TN. I have created and led many sales teams. I have trained countless agents who have gone on to become successful Realtors in and around Middle Tennessee.
