This is the best community. If you are looking for a place that you can call home, this is it! Sean, the maintenance man, came out on a Saturday for my fridge. He was there before I even had a chance to wake up.Saralyn, the manager, is always consitant. She is a sweetheart. As a team, they take care of everything.

I recently moved here from out of state. I found this complex online and did a virtual tour only. I was not disappointed at all when I arrived. The friendly office staff (Sheila-Rhonda) helped me get everything in order prior to moving here. I had a maintenance question regarding the apartment when I arrived, and it was addressed immediately and the same day. I love the pool area, the new gym, as well as the communal garden. I enjoy walking for exercise and was pleased to know everything I could... possibly need/want is minutes away from here. Downtown Nashville and all of its attractions are but an Uber ride away. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the Murfreesboro area.

Do not live here! Have been harassed non-stop since moving in with nasty e-mails and threats to tow our vehicles. Even got the courtesy officer to assist in their harassment.
When telling them we were moving out they decided they needed to enter our apartment WHILE WE ARE STILL LIVING HERE. They supposedly had to measure our closets and counter tops. All things that could have been done after we left. Our home is in disarray with us packing. The woman from the office who came in commented on... our possessions as if she were deciding whether or not to rob us. After going through absolutely everything she could. She commented that I was home during the day asking if I was sick, because I work 3rds.
Now we aren't starting to move until the 14th and I am afraid to leave the apartment empty in case someone "randomly" breaks in.
Terrible, terrible company with very shady staff. If you must live here make sure you pay with money orders because they will accidentally charge you an extra $100 for a month-to-month rate and then say it's your fault you received overdraft fees at the bank from it.
