Landmark Apartments- TN

We had a water heater go out and Chandler and his crew were on the case. Thev entered our home with respect and treated it like it was theirs during the repair. The maintenance guys at Landmark Apartments are top notch! Also, the women in the front office are very professional and always there to help in a time of need. So glad we chose Landmark:)

The office staff here is outstanding! Property management is attentive and easy to work with, and the maintenance team is fast, reliable, and professional. Their hard work really makes this a great place to live.

I really enjoy being an active landmark community. The maintenance are quick to resolve any issues fast and efficiently. The office ladies are so fun and a pleasure to talk to. They always brighten my day. I would recommend landmark to anyone looking for a safe and clean property to call home. The resident events are always creative and well thought out . It’s so nice being able to meet other neighbors at these events. I cannot speak more highly of the community.

My roommate and I moved into a 2 bed, 2 bath unit about 4 months ago, and we have enjoyed our time here so far! I will say, we were a bit hesitant at first because of the bad reviews, but we honestly haven't had any of the issues that other reviews describe. We have had a few bugs, but pest control responds right away and fixes the issue! Any other maintenance problems we have, the crew does a great job fixing in a timely manner. Staff is friendly and do a good job hosting events at the front... office. Neighbors are friendly, and we feel safe at night. We like that we are able to have a video doorbell. Overall, we are very happy with our stay here so far and will most likely renew our lease next year! Read More

I normally never leave reviews BUT if I can I’d love to save someone their time and money. We toured the complex and their model unit months before moving in. We were very impressed with the amenities and the pricing. After signing the lease we kept trying to view our specific unit. We would either get ignored OR told the unit was not ready yet. First red flag. After receiving our keys and bringing our uhaul from two hours away we finally got to see the unit. It was DISGUSTING !!!! Truly... appalling. Dead roaches behind and under the fridge and oven. Extreme water damage under the sinks. Dirty toilets. Trash all over the back porch. Just please take your hard earned money somewhere else, there are plenty of other options. Read More
