Overall, we have been happy until the last several weeks. This site is currently plagued with poor and misleading communications. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone and emails go unanswered.

So far I have really enjoyed living here! The people are nice, the dog community is great, and living by the water is so peaceful. Thank you to the staff as well! They’re very accommodating and helpful.

I am ver happy at The Banks. It has only been one-month since I moved in, but I must say thus far everything about the property (staff [they're always pleasant], maintenance crew, grounds) checks all of my boxes!

Pretty great all around. Nice amenities. Great maintenance. Location is nice, but in a busy area of town. Gorgeous pool. Super dog friendly.

Living at The Banks at West Fork has been amazing so far and I’ve only been here a couple of weeks. The staff are incredible and helpful with any issues or questions that I’ve had. One of my favorite parts is having access to the river and the overlook attached to my building; it brings a sense of peace and serenity.
