I have extremely loud neighbors that stand in front of the stairs. I have personally made a formal complaint but nothing has changed. I was asked to film the noise but it is hard to understand the noise level over a video.

Very good aparments. I really like the staff and how happy and respectful they are. The pool is cool, and my room is as well. So just go and check it out

The space is nice but for the about of problems we’re experiencing I’m starting to question whether the price is worth it for a “student space”

I think it's an apartment complex offering great amenities, yet, their "renovated" unites aren't all that renovated, often having evident signs of use from previous tenants.

Overall, nice complex and friendly staff. Great for students! (close proximity to mtsu and shuttle) Rooms are comfortable, bathroom and closet are spacious.
