I have great roommates and the staff here is kind and accommodating! Every time a roommate or myself has had a maintenance issue we don’t have to wait long for a response. They are also not terribly unreasonable when it comes to rent unlike other apartments I have witnessed.

I love this place and the owners they amazing. I would recommend people move in over here because they are very good at what they do here. They be on point when you got things that goes out or what the case maybe

I absolutely love living at The Social Blue Apartments! The team is super helpful and always quick to respond if I need anything. The community feels safe and welcoming, and I’ve met some amazing people here. The amenities are awesome, and everything is well taken care of. It’s honestly been one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had!
