i have not had the best experience here... DO NOT stay in the 2x2 townhome with den. i have recently moved here and i have had flood damage, improper air flow in the hvac system, frequent water outages, broken hot water tank, ants and outside bugs everywhere. The kitchen does NOT have ANY ventilation and traps heat. The leasing office states that they will "fix" issues but due to it being a "layout" problem and a "construction" issue, they do not want to do anything about it. I really hate this... because i actually like where i live. I just wish they would do better. Recently, our apartment building experienced a great flood. You would think that if the buidling is in a flood zone then it shouldnt have carpet. But guess what, it does AND IT SMELLS like old water and mildew. The carpet in the lower part of the home needs to be removed 911.

So Gorgeous! I love the fireplace and how it is a two story townhouse! The carpet is so clean and maintenance did and amazing job on having the house ready!

We love this space. We’re excited to make it our own! We’re on day 3 and we’re already super excited to see what we can do with the space. The gated community makes it feel safe, and even extra luxurious.
