Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay.
