There are many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row. A car is not needed, as the condo is within walking distance of Midtown where you'll find local bars. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way.
All properties are smoke-free environments, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
