Mail or package delivery is not allowed and the host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries. No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint is allowed and any added décor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout. Routine maintenance or inspections may take place during your stay and guests are required to allow entry if needed. For safety reasons, tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment is not permitted and may result in reservation cancellation. This unit includes a Minut smart home device to monitor noise levels, smoking, and occupancy for safety and neighborhood compliance. Construction or city maintenance near the property may occur and while we try to notify guests in advance, we cannot control or refund for external noise from neighboring activity. The host reserves the right to cancel any reservation without refund if there is evidence of house rule violations, fraudulent activity, or behavior that threatens the safety, property, or quiet enjoyment of other residents. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra fees.
