    Loud and expensive

    The rent is really expensive for not having any amenities. There is no gym or pool, not even a room to book for parties or meetings.

    Being off of 21st is super loud. The hospital is a few blocks away and you’ll have sirens going all night, often in the middle of the night (2-3am). The street itself is also really loud, with lots of drunk college students after 11pm.

    They advertise being pet friendly and welcoming to pet, but there are so many pet fees they charge.

    This is not a good place    … to live with really poor management.
