Our space is cozy, warm and inviting. Quaint enough with its unique charm, yet spacious for all to spread out and enjoy! One level living includes a king bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, a queen bedroom, a double bedroom, a second full bathroom, a living room, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining room, and outdoor space with furniture and a fire pit (bring your own wood).
Wildcat Cottage is located in Inglewood, a small suburb on the north end of East Nashville. It's a rapidly evolving community with new construction and development. You will need transportation to and from the house, but as it's located close to Ellington Parkway, it's a quick Uber ride to just about anywhere in the city.
Make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests. Large gatherings or parties are not allowed. If you’d like to have a couple of friends or family visit briefly, just send a message ahead of time for approval. Unapproved visitors, events, or parties may result in early checkout and additional fees of $500 or more. Exterior cameras are used for safety and property protection. Smoking is not allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please stay clear of the house and keep windows and doors closed to avoid odors inside. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. Early check-in or late check-outs must be pre-arranged. Non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in additional fees. The principal renter must be at least 21 years old. Do not park in the yard or use the neighbor's driveway. Boats, tractor trailers, buses, recreational vehicles, farm equipment, and moving trailers are not allowed to park on the premises. Do not use hair dye in the showers as it leaves stains. Do not play loud music after 9pm. This is not a party house and should be treated as such. Do not attempt to sneak in extra guests. If more guests are discovered than originally booked, you will be charged double the extra guest fees.
