There is absolutely no smoking indoors and no parties allowed. The person who booked and paid for the reservation must be the primary guest and stay during the entire reservation. The primary registered guest must be a minimum of 21 years of age to book the reservation and meet the verification requirements. A separate e-signed rental agreement is required to finalize the reservation and grant access to the home.
