Maintenance entered my apartment at 9pm at night claiming they were there to clean. They don't offer cleaning services. The concierge told me I was being unreasonable for complaining about it. Management apologized three days later.

The building, amenities and apartments are absolutely stunning. The staff is wonderful and always helpful. However, it’s hard to enjoy living here with the loud construction noise often starting at 6am or earlier, 6 and sometimes 7 days a week! It’s not worth it to sacrifice your wellbeing and quality of live for.
