Stay as far away from these apartments as you can. Quite literally the worst. There is no upkeep done to the property. When attempting to get any assistance, the office is closed during business hours. They will try to send you on a wild goose chase to other properties to try to get any assistance. When attempting to reach anyone, the phone just rings and the voicemail is full. There is always trash in the hallways. Also, there has been medical waste on the walls of the hallways for over... 4 months that no one has done anything about. No telling if this is healthy to even be around. The property manager responded by saying "The chemical stains are hard to remove". The maintenance team does not follow through on requests. Submitted a request shortly after moving in. The team sent multiple people to look at the issues, but the work was not completed. After 5 months, they closed the work order and never addressed it further. Read More

This complex's new owners (and previous owners) are charging for a promised living experience that is currently not a reality. The security is non-existent - the mailbox was broken into and we went without mail for about a month - they fixed the WOODEN door with 2x2s and aren't putting up a security camera. Also, most maintenance requests get ignored unless you threaten to not renew your lease. DO NOT get tricked into leasing here.

Got a tour today from Brooklyn she is very nice and helpful. The staff there are so sweet and very helpful also. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move to nashville. Very quite and peaceful. We'll kept together and very clean. Have someone on the site 24/7 to fix anything that needs fixing. They are also adding onto the place to make it more family oriented. Definitely in love with the place!

Got a tour from Brooklyn and she was absolutely great. All staff there are very sweet, nice & helpful. They work with you on pricing’s and there is always someone on-site if anything is ever broken. The apartment is very nice and the neighborhood is calm and quite. Highly recommend this place!
