This is not what you want

I moved here under the assumption that they were renovating and making the apartments better. Oh was I wrong! True the neighborhood is quiet BUT the apartments are trash! I have yet to get my apartment sprayed by pest control and the bugs are NOT leaving. The bathrooms are small and you have to call maintenance to fix everything even when it’s been “renovated “! There are no ceiling fans in the apartments, no lights, you have to buy lamps, the kitchen cabinets are so small you can but any thing... in them. The property is poorly kept. When you call the office to ask about items on your list to be fixed. All you get is, I have it documented and maintenance is going to fix it. When I do find an available apartment else where I’m gone. Lease or no lease here in apartment hell!

I wouldn’t live here!!

Just saw on the local news that the hallways have been flooded with sewer backup and management hasn’t done a thing about it!! I wouldn’t even consider this property to rent!! Talk about a health hazard!!
