Living at Broadstone at Berry Hill feels less like renting and more like residing in a curated private residence. Every detail reflects intentional luxury, from the architecture to the finishes to the way the community functions day to day.

The apartments themselves are exceptional — marble countertops, expansive layouts, and a sense of space that makes it feel like a standalone home rather than an apartment. It’s quiet,… refined, and incredibly comfortable, with a level of quality you can feel the moment you walk in.

The amenities rival a high-end resort or members-only club. A full-size, professionally equipped gym, multiple designer lounges ideal for hosting elegant gatherings, a beautifully landscaped courtyard, and a large pool with an elevated deck that feels straight out of a luxury hotel. The secure parking garage, bike room, on-site coffee house, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property create an effortless, polished lifestyle.

In general I would say it’s a Good place to stay, nice neighborhood in general, friendly staff, good deals. I recommend better enforcement of no pet zone and picking up after your pets use the bathroom because you still see pets dump in places you shouldn’t, like behind the window, facing outside especially on the Lower that have the windows at ground level.
