The community is quiet, clean, and secure. It's conveniently located near WeHo, 12 south, and downtown. Easy to come and go.

Living at Broadstone Berry Hill has been amazing so far! I moved from out of state, and Hannah was extremely helpful throughout the process between providing a virtual tour of my apartment and answering any questions I had regarding my lease. The location is awesome - only 10-15 minutes away from downtown even with traffic, close to shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and conveniently walking distance to the soccer stadium. Gated parking garage is super nice to have, plus the building... isn't completely full so there are plenty of parking spots. They offered 10 weeks free free parking for a year, which is saving me some money at least for the first year. Overall, it's been a great experience!
