Bugs and mice
We lived here for awhile now, there’s mice and roaches in the walls, place is falling apart and we haven’t had a washer dryer connection for some months. Apt manager is cool but the Coleman realty is running a dirty business. And don’t expect your deposit back because that’s just how they are. There needs to be a whole lot of upgrades here but it’s nice that it’s a family neighborhood and the kids play together outside. The patios are cool but they don’t let you garden in the ground given by God

Not updated, greedy owners
Apartment is very old and landlords would like to charge at the same rate as apartments in the area that are actually renovated. It’s honestly not worth the trouble of moving in you’ll want to leave!

Greedy Landlord! Stay away!
He does not care about tenants. Apts are nasty and never updated. He always rip off. Don't rent from him!
