1 property manager and a 2 man maintenance crew shared between 3 properties. Delays with any issue to get resolved. Things continue to break in my apartment and with their amenities. They do as little as possible and quick fixes vs permanent repairs. My bathroom ceiling has leaked through 2x from the shower and bath upstairs draining directly into my unit. They plastered over it and it will happen again. The contractor told the maintenance crew the plumbing was glued and not aligned with the… drain, recommended cutting it out and fitting it properly. Instead they said to putty it and close the hole. Eventually it will wash away and happen again. Now I have 3 different types of mold in the air I'm breathing, which is making me sick. My HVAC has went out several times, and they just spray something in the unit to get it working again. The thermostat caught on fire last year and no heat or air for over 24hrs because they had to replace the part. The pool is not maintained, the water level doesn't reach the skimmers and it's full of leaves. It turned into a swamp dark green last year, before they actually fixed it but I'm sure it'll happen again. If you want to use the grill, you will have to bring your own propane. The tanks are always empty. Neighbors sit trash outside their doors and it sits in the halls for days before the valet service picks it up.
