Beautiful and clean community!

I cannot say enough about the new management and maintenance staff at the property. It has been way too long since the community has been this clean and well taken care of of. Thank you to Malcolm and his entire staff!

I have loved my time here at the Knox.

I have loved living here at the Knox. The staff is amazing and always friendly and ready to help. The new team is doing a great job. The pool and outside area has never looked better. I am about to renew my lease for another year.

So far the community is warm and inviting, the ground and amenities are well taken care of and staff has been so helpful. Parking is a little bit of an issue, due to guest having to pay to visit when there isn’t street parking available in this area.

I have had the best experience with this staff. Lex, Shareeka, and Malcolm always greet me with a warm smile anytime I see them. My move in process went so smooth with the help of the staff. This is my first apt so I was a little nervous at first but Lex provided me with all the information I needed and made this the best experience possible. Any time I have concerns or needs (not too often) they are always on top of it! Our maintenance team is friendly and responses to requests with eagerness.... The hallways are quiet and neighbors are respectful and kind! The complex is always neat, well kept, and has a hotel quality diffuser as an additional perk. I love all of the amenities and additional events they host here. It is a very dog friendly complex. It is nice to live somewhere your pup is truly welcomed as well! 10/10 and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! It starts with a great staff!
