I'm going to be as transparent as possible. I'm currently in my lease and I regret signing it. The lady who does the tour they need to find someone else. The transparency is not there, the unit I'm in I wish I searched and found better. I was moved in unit that wasn't clean and I waited an extra week to move in another unit for rent purposes. Dirty vents, no space, cheap quality with high pricing, and hallways smell like dog pee. You can't have guest unless you pay even though you pay rent.... It's just you can't can't can't. I hate I signed this lease honestly. If you have the option to not then DONT

I have loved my time here at the Knox.
I have loved living here at the Knox. The staff is amazing and always friendly and ready to help. The new team is doing a great job. The pool and outside area has never looked better. I am about to renew my lease for another year.
