This is a cool place to live. There has been a lot of ownership turn over since I’ve lived here, but they seem to always be working to improve resident life.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

Do NOT move here.

The management starts out acting helpful, but it quickly goes downhill. Maintenance does the bare minimum and many issues never get properly fixed. There are roaches in the units and even rust in different areas of the apartment.

When you bring problems to the office, they are very unhelpful and nothing actually gets resolved. It feels like management only looks out for themselves rather than the people living there.

They seem willing to do anything just to fill vacant units... , but the living conditions and lack of support make it not worth it.

Save yourself the stress and look somewhere else to live.

My resident experience is amazing. It is a peaceful and perfect place to live. Comes in budget and the staff support is great. Maintenance requests are addressed very quickly.
