Priest Lake Apartment Homes

I moved in , expecting a clean apartment, I move into a maintenance man who is sanding a wall, he leaves , all the paint, sand and dust in floor. The floors are all dirty, need mopping, dead roaches all over the floors, ice maker in fridge is broken, it rattled all night long, and toilet seat is broken. Multiple calls and texts to website there was no response. So hopefully new tenants in the future won't have to go through what I had to deal with today. Fix your problems.

I really enjoy living in these apartments. The community is very quiet & peaceful, which makes it a great place to relax & feel at home. The property is well-kept, & everything always looks clean & maintained. The office staff is also amazing!! Their very professional, friendly, & always willing to help with anything you need. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here.

Great location. The leasing office staff have been really friendly and helpful. Troy and Stephanie are very knowledgeable and even remember your name every time you go walk back into the office. ??
We were invited on the first day to the community get together at the clubhouse also. Looking forward to bring a part of the neighborhood

I like the apartment is comfy and peaceful has everything we need, me and my family are so happy for our new home I hope we get nice neighbors thankfully

So far it’s good haven’t meet anyone do wish they had community events to use the event space. But maintenance is fast and on track no issues on living
