It’s been great so far! It’s a great community and the office is super helpful and I love the amenities here. I also love the location. It’s only 5 min from my job and not even 30 from downtown Nashville.

Office Admins & Maintenance are great. I don't see any bugs in the apartment and my neighbors are pretty cool. Seems alright so far, only time will tell now

I moved in , expecting a clean apartment, I move into a maintenance man who is sanding a wall, he leaves , all the paint, sand and dust in floor. The floors are all dirty, need mopping, dead roaches all over the floors, ice maker in fridge is broken, it rattled all night long, and toilet seat is broken. Multiple calls and texts to website there was no response. So hopefully new tenants in the future won't have to go through what I had to deal with today. Fix your problems.
