LC SoBro

We moved from another complex in SoBro and the difference is night and day. LC SoBro has many planned activities every month, from Cinco de Mayo parties to paint 'n sip to sand volleyball leagues to reality TV watch parties. We immediately felt welcome. There are many many dogs of all types, which makes our pup feel right at home, too. The LC staff live on site and are super friendly and helpful. The Goat restaurant and the Morning Ritual coffee shop just launched daily specials for residents... which is a nice perk. I would not recommend living here. My experience has been extremely disappointing. Management has been difficult to work with and communication has been poor. Instead of trying to resolve issues fairly, I felt like they were quick to threaten lease violations and add charges to my account. I also experienced ongoing stress over complaints that I felt were not handled reasonably. Rather than working with residents to find solutions, management made the situation much more difficult. Overall,... living here has been frustrating and not worth the amount of rent that is charged. If you’re considering moving here, I would encourage you to do your research and read reviews carefully before signing a lease. If you’re considering moving here, I would strongly recommend looking somewhere else. In my experience, the resident portal has been unavailable when rent was due, making it difficult to pay on time. Then, late fees were added, even though I was unable to access the payment system. That was extremely frustrating. I was also charged approximately $130 in court-related fees after management initiated court action. I asked them to show me where in my lease it states that I am responsible for those... specific court costs, and I have yet to receive a clear answer. Another issue is that short-term guests and Airbnb visitors are often loud and disruptive, while those of us who actually pay rent have to deal with the noise and inconvenience. Overall, I feel that management has been unprofessional, difficult to work with, and more focused on adding extra charges than resolving resident concerns. I love it here! I was scared to move to Nashville by myself but the SoBro team made it so easy! The apartment is so close to everything and is a good bang for your buck, couldn't recommend more!

I genuinely love living here because I am close to everything in the city and am able to hop on the highway super quickly if I need to go somewhere. My apartment itself has amazing natural light and bright finishes that I love. The goat is a great spot to grab a glass of wine or dinner if I dont want to cook. The only thing that isnt great is that there is not assigned parking spots, but I have never had an issue parking outside if the garage is full late at night, so I dont mind at all but I... could see how that would be an issue for someone else!
