We do require extensive background and credit check required. Animal residents such as small dogs and cats under 40 lbs. may apply along with their humans. If you love the apartment and are approved a $100.00 holding fee will keep the home for you for 24 hours. You may be asked to provide additional proof of financial responsibility depending on your credit score. This could include a co-signer, savings account, or an additional security deposit. If you are rebuilding your credit, please just be honest and we are willing to work with you to still qualify.
