Most rude experience I've ever had
I want to start off by saying I'm not a resident of these apartments, but I was someone who was interested in leasing from here. I had a 2pm appointment with the leasing agent on a Monday. Their office states that they're open until 6pm. I show up for my appointment, the sign on the door says open but the door is locked, so I ring the doorbell. No answer. I ring it once more, then knock. A couple minutes later, a man answers and said that they're closed. I tried to tell him that I have an... appointment, but he wasn't trying to listen to anything I was saying and said come back when they're open and slam the door in my face..I would understand if I came after hrs, but my appointment was 2pm on a Monday! I even have a confirmation email reminder. If he was busy or just simply couldn't do a tour at the time, that's understandable, but the fact that I had an appointment and the way he talked to me is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would think twice before even considering this place.
