Horrible management, unresponsive

Starling looks beautiful, but living here was a nightmare most of the time. Management is very disorganized and unresponsive. I was charged several times for parking in the resident area, despite having my resident parking stickers on my car and had to reach out to Metropolis directly because Starling would do nothing about it. My lease ended almost four months ago and I have STILL not received my deposit. I was told the property is now under new management which is the reason for the delay, but… even the new management wouldn't tell me when payment for my deposit would be issued. If you want to live in a new apartment, but in a very loud crowded area with management who doesn't care about your concerns, then don't move here.

As a refugee from the construction noise in Nashville Yards, I love the quiet, walkable neighborhood that is Germantown, the scenic views of downtown, and the style and layout of my "studio" 1BR. Jordy, Enrique, and Chris have been diligent in getting me settled, and my dog loves being next to the green areas of the park. The Horizon Park baseball games bring an upbeat vibe next door, and we'll soon have top floor decks facing both the skyline and the sunset. PS - I now have a jumbo… washer/dryer that actually WORKS!
