Great Location and Staff

I love living in Germantown. It’s walkable without being overly congested like the Gulch. And with continued development it’s only a matter of time before it’s the nicest place to live in all of Nashville. Living at Neuhoff has been the best apartment experience I’ve had. The concierge team takes great care of us and the management focuses on making sure the property is maintained well. Maintenance could be more consistent and communicate better when there are issues and pay better attention… to details. That’s really my only note for improvement. Keep up the great work!

I Really Like It Here

I have not been at Neuhoff long, but in the time that I have been here I really like it! The property seems to be well maintained, the location is absolutely perfect for my needs and all the people who work there are wonderful to talk to! Some of the people who live here are kinda rude, but I just keep to myself and don't focus on them or what they have to say. I do wish they had a sauna though! That is one thing that I did notice that other places offered that isn't offered here.

Great location bad everything else

I’ve been living at Neuhoff for about six months, and unfortunately, I have to share a very concerning experience. For the past two months, my water bills have indicated an extreme usage—around 7,000 gallons in just 10 days—suggesting a serious leak. When I brought this to the leasing office, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. On top of that, the amenities are often locked, packages frequently go missing, and the concierge staff is not welcoming. Most alarmingly, a cleaning staff member… from the complex entered my apartment unannounced, and no one can explain why. For a so-called luxury building, the level of service and security is extremely disappointing. I hope management will take these issues seriously.

Beautiful property, kind staff

This is easily one of the most beautiful properties in Nashville. The build quality is high with real hardwood floors, Bosch appliances, definitely an upgrade from most Germantown apartments. The staff is kind and I have no complaints. I love everything about the community.
