I’m only giving it a one star because I have to and the neighbors are nice I guess. But honestly this is the worse place I’ve ever lived. It’s overpriced. It’s mold everywhere. Nowhere to park. Poorly put together. Management is horrible. They’re always finding something new to charge. And the office is always finding some excuse on why they’re closed for the day. Trying to get ahold of them is a nightmare.

The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The complex is very peaceful and quiet. The homes are very spacious. Affordable prices in a great location with no hidden fees.
