I have really enjoyed living here the last 2 years! The pool is a highlight with the courtyard being so pretty!
The townhouses are spacious and face the courtyard. I love the community events the staff puts on too. Great way to meet your neighbors. It’s very exciting to see the strip of retail spaces in front of the complex start to develop too!

Great property and great location
I've been renting in Nashville for the last 8 years. I came to the flats about a year ago and this has hands down been the best property I've rented from. Great location, great pricing (for Nashville), and great staff. Property is well kept and the rooms have great appliances and for a new-build complex, is seemingly well made. (I have had horrendous luck with the Nashville new builds since 2020.
Kaitie at the front office is helpful, professional. and understanding with my inquiries and Keith... and Jesse from maintenance are knowledgeable and quick with requests.
I've recommended several friends to look into renting here because I have enjoyed it.
Some downsides are that there is no assigned parking and the pool can get extremely crowded. Usually derives from people bringing friends from outside the complex, but it is what it is.

Communication could be better. Was very disappointed to get out of work early and not be able to use the pool with zero notice via email or text, spam folder checked and all.

You can also manage your preferences through the resident portal. Regarding the pool... closure — it was a temporary safety measure due to glass being found in the area. We acted quickly to ensure everything was properly cleaned and safe before reopening. We appreciate you being part of our community and are always here if you have any questions!

My experience of the community overall is great, I really would give 5 stars but a few mistakes from application to move in honestly made it the most stressful move in experience I’ve ever had.

As a resident for more than 2 years I've overall had a good experience, my main complaint is mainly with the front office staffing. There seems to be a lack of professionalism and open communications that I have had in several other complexes.
