The Presley is me and my husbands first apartment together and we couldn’t be happier! The place is great, as well as the amenities. Right across from the college we’re going to and our apartment is the perfect size for us!

I have had so much fun meeting new people and using the amenities. The apartment was clean and very nice upon moving in. The only issues I have that I still need to reach out to someone is my fridge won’t seal when I close it and my toilet is always running.

It’s great!
I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex overall. The maintenance staff truly stands out—they’re responsive, professional, and always fix issues quickly and thoroughly. The amenities are well maintained and genuinely enjoyable, adding a lot of value to living here. The front office team is friendly, organized, and helpful whenever questions come up. While guest parking is a bit unfortunate and limited at times, the management does a good job communicating options and handling... the situation as smoothly as possible.
