Very easy and smooth! I do wish the welcome folder had more information in it though, for example guest parking and using the gates, pest information, etc.

I enjoy how much the staff is on top of keeping the complex clean. The fitness center is a nice touch and being this close to the greenway is also a plus!

i’ve had a great time living here so far, staff is nice, maintenance is quick, and the prices are hard to beat. amenities are great, the pool is huge which i love.

I’ve loved my stay at the Presley so much I extended my lease till next year for another 14 months! Having my amenities at all times no utility bills other than electric has been an amazing thing to have here!
