Decent move-in The office was helpful, and wifi was set up quickly. The place is nice, and had been cleaned prior to my arrival. There were a couple minor downsides, such as stained cabinets and drawers that will need to be replaced before the next resident, cabinet knobs that were greasy/gritty from being unclean, and door handles that were gritty from dried paint. I'm a guy though, so I can ignore those things. My biggest complaint is with both the sink and dishwasher having leaks and the... washing machine occasionally not spinning. These are technical issues that were very easy to overlook. I have not received a countersigned document yet, although I am still anticipating it coming soon. Other than a few fixable errors, Centennial Village deserves credit for the beauty of the area, the overall cleanliness of the residence, and the friendliness of the staff. I imagine it's not easy to keep up with so many residents. The apartment is still great and I look forward to a long stay here.

Quick Response I submitted a claim in the morning and by that afternoon they had the AC fixed! I've never lived in an apartment before but have always heard horror stories about repairs so I was very skeptical about my issue being resolved. At Centennial Village, thru their user friendly website I was able to log into my account and submit my maintenance request! Did I mention it was fixed the SAME DAY??!!!?? I honestly cannot say enough for things about living here!
