Maintenance Request I went online to submit 2 routine maintenance issues. In less than 3 hours both issues were resolved. We have lived here for 7 years and every time 95% of requests are resolved the same day. Steve is an amazing person and is very friendly. Overlook at Allensville is a great place to live

Heating Issue We had an issue with our furnace not heating properly. The maintenance staff was quick to answer the call . Turned out to have a leak and a part needs to be ordered. They still were able to get us heat until the leak is fixed. This entire staff here at Overlook is awesome. They take care of the residents quickly and efficiently. This is an amazing place live. Kudos to everyone one of the staff

Maintenance Request We submitted a maintenance request for 3 minor issues in our bathrooms. They arrived the next morning and had everything completed in 20 minutes. The entire staff here at Overlook at Allensville is absolutely amazing. and we have lived here over 6 years,,We have never had a bad experience ever. Best place in Sevierville to live
