The 109 at Northshore

This place is AWESOME! Gwen and Andrew are exceptional! The neighbors are nice and welcoming. Very small complex, well maintained and managed. Just signed another lease with them!

Lived here for 2 years and it was the best apartment. Management is great and easy to communicate with. It’s close to downtown and was in great shape.

It was no question that my wife and I would renew our lease for a 3rd year. The location is amazing, the price is reasonable and we have not had any issues AT ALL in the past two years! Gwen is super responsive and Andrew is constantly making the apartments the best he possibly can! 10 out of 10 would (and do) recommend!

I don’t think you will find an apartment complex in Red Bank as nice and quiet as the 109 at Northshore. The apartment complex is small with only three buildings so it feels safe and comfortable. The apartment itself is large and spacious with some updated amenities. Rent for a 2 br is the most affordable in that area. Gwen; Property Manager is really nice and great at communicating and following up. Andrew; Maintenance is also nice. Our apartment had routine maintenance and Andrew always... notified us in advance to make sure that we were aware that he would be stopping by. Lived here for more than 5 years! Location is perfect (4 miles from downtown) & EPB fiber optic internet available to area! Couldn't ask for a better management company. Also maintenance requests are handled ASAP!
