jacked up the rent.
It was it least 2 weeks trying to move into these apartments. Never knew the state was in on them. Makes it really hard if your the average person trying to rent. Last second before I signed the lease the rent was jacked up because the state said I made to much money. Thing is I was going to pay the standard rent with no assistance. Would have been nice to know that before hand. The price they offered you can rent a house for 548. Waste of time

rogersville villas
Rogersville Villas are very comfortable and family like. My family and i enjoy living here because it has a fenced in children's playground which is awesome when u have a two year child. Also they have all tile floor which is great for people who don't like Capet "like me". The maintenance is on call 24\7. I live in a two bedroom town home. Which i love because of its all black appliances and hard floors, because I hate carpet. This is how I adore my family friendly apartments.
