Hawthorne at the Hollow

I moved out of this location after a year. Shady management tried to charge me $$$ for made up expenses and damages that were not there. I would steer clear of this owner and development. Record every little detail if you do make the mistake of living here. Negative 3 stars

This property is poorly managed. Complaints are not taken serious. All they do is send a general email to everyone but never enforce it. Smoke free is a joke. Parking is a nightmare in the evening. Apartments were made cheap but they want to charge as if this is downtown luxury homes. Hawthorne only cares about their image and not about the residents. These are nice spacious apartments but there is a lot of noise during the night. Train horns every 1-2 times a night. The walls are very thin so if you have children as neighbors it will be just like the little rascals are sharing your apartment with you. Tenant 2020 2021. But honestly if it was not for all the noise these are beatiful spacious apartments.
