Bad Communication
Huge red flag about Firewater Management and the "office" at Lagacy Ridge is unclear terms/unclear or no communication. Consistent talking to the wall vibes on trying to get anything done since Firewater took over, not including maintenance tho.
Did have maintenance damage my property twice but it was only one guy that did it: broke tiles and shelf in bathroom when repairing a leak that he couldn't even do/needed assistance with, and busted pipes and damaged belongings under my kitchen sink when... aggressively snaking in another tenants apartment. I had to call it in due to how loud it was and had my sink plugged on their end with no prior notice. Had a plumber snake whipping through my whole kitchen and he thought it was funny.
Besides that one guy maintenance is professional and communicates to you pretty well. I did call the second incident to the office and an urgency to get back to me did happen. Did the topic switch fast to other things besides the broken pipe/damage? Yes.
We are prompt on payments and would like less "we are working on it" when asking for: Lease renewal paperwork. Purchasing covered parking paperwork. Also bug spray appointment actually followed through with when scheduled. Air Filters should be a scheduled event also (which just hasn't happened) I've rented enough to know this is basic stuff that is being put on the side burner for more than a month/months.
Funniest part is I have been asking for covered parking before my last minute lease renewal and it wasn't on the new lease renewal. But yesterday there was a mass text on policy of covered parking threatening towing to contact office for purchasing parking. So if you have time to text a towing warning is there spots available? If you are advertising for covered parking why has it been more then a month for us to get covered parking on our lease?
