Never again!!

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! Apartments are infested with roaches. They also have rats in the apartments as well. They do not fix anything but as soon as you are late on rent. They want to text and leave papers on your door. They have three trash cans for the whole complex. Which is always overflowing. Non residents come there and just dumps old furniture, building materials and ext.. and nothing has been done to stop it. The walls and floors are very thin so you can hear your neighbors whole… conversation. Yeah the price may be cheap but you get what you pay for

Firstly, regarding pest infestations, we have stringent pest control measures in place… and conduct regular inspections to ensure our apartments remain pest-free. We take reports of pests seriously and address them promptly.

Secondly, we prioritize maintenance requests based on urgency, not rent payment status. Our goal is to ensure all residents' living conditions are comfortable and functional.

As for the trash situation, we have a waste management system in place and regularly empty trash cans to maintain cleanliness throughout the complex. We also actively discourage illegal dumping by non-residents and take appropriate measures to prevent such occurrences.

Regarding noise, while we strive to maintain a peaceful environment, occasional noise from neighbors can occur in any community. We encourage residents to report excessive noise so we can address it appropriately.

We understand that each resident's experience may vary, and we take feedback seriously to continually improve our services. We invite you to contact our management team directly to discuss your specific concerns so we can work towards resolving them.

Amazing Management

At first I had an issue with the unit I first got and had to push back my move in date, however, even working from home on quarantine, they helped me in a timely and professional manner. Absolutely love Morgan, Tiffany and maintenance! Love our new apartment!

Horrible.

Maybe it’s just our unit, but we have had so many issues. All but one of the plugs in our bedroom no longer work, our living room ceiling is cracking and caving in, the floor creaks in all of the rooms & there are dips in them as well, our AC was not keeping our apartment cool in June-August and when maintenance was called they just did a temporary fix that lasted about 2-3 days, our shower broke and when we called maintenance it took them a week to fix it.
If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I LOVE MY APARTMENT !!!!

The whole process of moving in was such a breeze no complications at all , our leasing agent Morgan was so respectful and helpful with any questions we had and was very patient. The maintenance here is so quick and they do a great job on whatever needs to be fixed. These apartments are definitely the place to live !!

Terrible Management

When I first moved in, I had no issues at all. During my move into a bigger apartment, the management changed and it was for the worst. They left office in March and did not return until around 2 months ago. During their absence, they left no clear lines of communication, all our phone calls were either not answered/returned or simply went to a voicemail box that was full. We’ve had a leak in our bathroom for months that never got fixed and turned into a steady pour of water, then our ac would… broke and they would only give it a temporary fix for it to break again in a week. When they did return, nothing changed. Emails weren’t returned, phone calls and maintenance issues were still not handled. Hopefully they figure out how to run the place soon.
