Thank you for providing a nice place during my 1 year tenure with the chemical plant. Before I depart, just wish to recognize the work the staff has been doing here. Thanks, and good luck! Thank you a million times! I will recommend this place for someone under budget and wishes for a good and safe place to stay for a short term.

Shadow Bay is the apt you need to pick. They have a lovely pool, gym and enclosed playground. My kids love living here!

Love It

I love this place. I have only been here less than a month and I am extremely happy with my apartment. The new management that took over is so helpful and caring.

WOW What a change

There is a change at this place, management is very helpful, maintenance gets completed the same day and I love the new sports court. Going to renew my lease.

Mangers or Owners

Visit the property last week to see an apartment. Even though the weather was very cold and raining, the office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on the questions I had. Did not get to see an apartment due to real bad weather but the floor plans were very helpful. I was very impress with the curb appeal and the cleansing of the office.
