If you're on the first floor im sure you will have plenty of creatures to fight. Predatory towing. Incompetence in maintenance men. Good luck if you have an emergency because chances are nobody is coming. So call repeatedly. Office management changes constantly. Landlord special every where. They... just paint over everything. It would be the biggest mistake of your life to move here I've been here since 2010 and it is not the same place I've been without heat for four days now and it's thirty one degrees outside. I wanted to renew my lease went into the office on the second of January and the only person that knows what to do Donna was not there had to go back on Monday to try again and got charged late fees because the other person there didn't know what she was doing. I repeat do not move here

I’ve been living here for about four months and so far it’s been a good experience. It’s really hard to get in touch with the office staff. Sometimes putting in a repair order takes quite a while, but maybe they are understaffed otherwise it’s been a great place to live for me.

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted by the atrocious treatment I received from Carriage House Apartments. My experience with this establishment has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others considering renting here.

From the moment I moved in, it became apparent that the management's disregard for tenants' well-being and basic rights was appalling. Let me highlight just a few of the numerous grievances I... encountered:

Living at Carriage House Apartments has been a nightmare due to severe maintenance neglect, unprofessional staff behavior, inadequate security measures, and financial exploitation. The apartment's condition upon move-in was deplorable, with unresolved issues like cracks in walls and doors that wouldn't close properly. The maintenance team's fixes were temporary at best, while staff members were consistently rude and dismissive of concerns, with high turnover making accountability impossible. Security measures were ineffective, leaving residents vulnerable to safety risks. Additionally, the complex's financial practices were exploitative, with arbitrary fees and charges

In conclusion, my tenure at Carriage House Apartment has been a nightmare, even long after I have moved out, and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and seek housing elsewhere. The sheer incompetence, indifference, and lack of integrity displayed by the management make this apartment complex unfit for human habitation. I’ve lived here 6 yrs and love my home. The staff is very efficient and helpful. Maintenance crew is very responsive and fixes any issues.
