Cedars at River Legacy Park

This is not the place you want to be. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! They tow people's car even if you live there so prep you $300. I have the loudest neighbors. There's dog poop every where ALWAYS. I had flees in my apartment when I first moved in and they don't even clean the apartments they just paint over the filth. They painted over hair, bugs and a wasp nest. They even painted my door to the balcony shut. I had to call maintenance to open it. They are the only thing right with the property. The gate… was never closed until a week ago FINALLY but only the exit gate. They charge you for all types of nonsense and it's not even labeled. I have a mysterious $8 charge every month that the office can't and won't explain. They charged me a late fee of $81.80 when it was the office that asked me not to pay yet until they updated my account. My account was blocked for two months!!! parking is sloppy and unorganized, you WILL GET TOWED. even if you pay for a parking pass for 24 hours, if you're license plate is one number off it'll still get towed. $250 tow fee regardless. Theres no AC at all, its usually hotter inside than it is outside which is why I sleep with every window (literally, every single window) open and even then its still extremely hot and uncomfortable. Do not move here ! The apartments are raggedy and poor , go without air, parking issues especially for guests, management is horrible!

The worst place to call home weed and random people everywhere. 3/2 should be a 2/2 with a storage closet 3rd bedroom is 8 by 9 only a twin bed can fit and nothing else and that either blocking closet of main door in and out the worst
