Their office is inept. Thought I was going to move here but I most definitely WILL NOT BE. Went and saw the apartments, they quoted a price, made all kinds of promises, agreed to extend the promo for 48 hrs til I got paid and 48 hours later when I called to apply they completely failed to follow through on their word. The $500 off of rent was now $300. Fine, whatever. Then they suddenly didn’t know if they were going to have an apartment for me in July now and “I never said when I was going to... move in” when I know I did because I already have an apartment and a lease so I can’t get out of it sooner. Got a corner ground floor with w/d and the covered parking spot right outside our door. The location is beautiful. The complex was very clean
