    Constant turnover of staff

    It's hard to get anyone to answer the phone. The office door seems to locked every time I stop by to pick up new permit. It says in the amenities there are hardwood floors. There are NO hardwood floors. There is cheap laminate over concrete that chips, scratches, doesn't stick in some places.
