I have lived here for 4 months and in that time, the water heater has stopped working 4 times, the light/fan in my apartment doesn’t work because there was no control to turn it on and off and management has continuously and intentionally ignored my request for a new one, a leak that filled 5 buckets, another leak that came from the toilet, maintenance takes days if you are lucky, walls are paper thin, horrible pest problems, and I have had packages stolen and management just keeps saying there... is nothing they can do. I have also never had an actual conversation with management in person or over the phone because they do not answer calls from tenants and are NEVER on site. Read More

I could write a novel to how bad this management is. If you like randomly not having hot water for 2-4 days every month, this is the place to live. They do not accommodate for the tenants what so ever and do not take care of the property.

It was fine until Orand Capital took over in 2019. The owner is managing 6 apartment complexes by himself, and that should tell you a lot. Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner, the owner is very rude and aggressive with tenants, and he’s letting the property slip into disarray. There are cogarette butts and dog poop everywhere. If you need a repair, you’ll have to log it on the portal and maybe you’ll get it fixed in a week. There’s no contact line for an emergency, if say there’s a fire. ... I've had so many horrible experiences with this property manager, Orand Capital, since they took over (notice the other review is dated in 2018, when we had a better property management company). First when their payment system screwed up, they accused me of just not having the money to pay and added on a ton of late charges. I sent them the payment receipt that had been given to me (no notice it failed), and he responded by adding more charges!

Now they won't fix anything until the virus is... eradicated (what, for the next year), including a wasp nest hanging outside. They said if I wanted, I was free to take care of that myself.

Anytime he has an issue with you, he sends a passive aggressive message to the whole apartment that has specific details to let you know it is you. I have seen it happen to several of my neighbors.

Don't move here. They don't upkeep everything, and until it is sold to someone else, you'll regret your decision. Read More
