{One time emergency they responded immediately so 5/5
Second time I have complaint no one look into it later when I check the status they closed my compliant without... resolving so 1/5 }
5. Worth to money - 3/5 prices are too high
6. Security - 4/5{ 95% of times gates are closed}

If I could leave a -5 I would. once my lease is up am gone gone gone.
In the time I have been here there has been a murder, multiple vehicles stolen, car break ins , and drugs are rampant. I reported a non-tenant (I know they are a non-tenant as the complex manager new of them) smoking dope in the common stairwell. I have reported it to mgmt now several times they have as yet done nothing. The non-tenant has now got a following of teenagers hanging out smoking dope.
teenagers running around all... hours of the night tenants have karaoke and parties in common areas.
Security gates broken always broken, security cameras are non existent havent worked since I have been here.

Management is horrible. They have some nice leasing agents that seem to care but the management does nothing. Read More

These apartments have plenty of potential. Parking is scarce. Landscaping needs work. Maintenance crew needs to work on consistency as well. Rent is cheap so you get what you pay for.

This is my first apt ever. I am 27 and a single mother to one. I am trying to finish nursing school. So me having never been out on my own this apt is great. I feel very secure and safe at night. I tend to come home late most nights never felt uneasy.I like that when there is a problem they immediately get the problem fixed. I have never had to use the security officer but I like the fact that if I needed to they are there. My neighbor across from me is veey sweet also. Only thing I would... complain about is the amount of cats there are. They tend to dig in the trash, so I always put mine out the morning of even tho others do the night before. I went to go and look at the apartments yesterday, I had an above and beyond poor experience. I went in there and there was a very nice leasing office, but the employee was an extremely rude woman. She didn't greet me, didn't offer me to take a seat, didn't even ask me for my name. Barked what I was looking for price wise and I explained that I was open. She gave quotes higher then what is listed on this website, and I asked her why they were higher then what was listed. She explained to me that... apartments.com was wrong and I needed to go directly to their website for the most accurate information. While I was sitting there I went to their website and it still gave me quotes that were less then the ones she was giving and she told me that i was straight out wrong and incorrect with those. She never offered for me to look at any of the apartments, gave me attitude, and was extremely unpleasant.
