Moving can be very stressful we all have our own stories as to what lead us here and after reading reviews I was kind of skeptical but there was a no app specifical so what did I have to lose right well ms brianna took me to viewsome available units units and I can say she was very sweet professional and just being around her motivated me to move forward after seeing the beautiful floor plan and I know I stressed her out between switching my units to long emails and phone calls she did a... wonderful job assisting me and ms Valerie did her big one she was amazing with finalizing everything im surprised they didn't block me as much as I was calling and popping up lol but I was excited to move there was some miscommunication about the united I wanted but it was completely my fault bc I applied for the wrong unit I was overwhelmed with having to move so fast so not gone lie I was moody but she remained professional and still made sure I was taken care of she'll forever have my respect for that dont go off all the negative reviews ppl forget when they needed a place to stay and forget about who helped them into a better situation and start complaining when things happen no apartment complex is perfect but I can say Ranchthree0five is a beautiful apartment feels like a luxury apartment no bugs thank god and the apartment has a huge gate that actually works unlike most apartments they have the cheap gate that you can knock off track but not these I can actually feel safe walking around in the morning for a light job I never leave long reviews but I just had to tell my experience Read More

I have a friend who is a current resident here. My friend’s apartment is spectacular. I loved the floor plan from the moment I stepped in the front door. Definitely a place I could definitely reside in.

Danielle is completely amazing. She guided me through the complete move in process and answered all my questions. It is so quiet and never any issues. Great place to live

I love living here! They remodeled the property in the last year, my kitchen has brand new appliances (stainless steel) and granite countertops! I honestly love the neighborhood too, it's so close to I20 and I feel really safe walking my dog around at night!
