Roaches, noise

Trust the reviews, maybe you'll have more luck. 2 months in and have had 2 deep cleans after roaches and roaches appear, regardless if the exterminators treatment. Millipedes soming drom under the bedroom carpet. Totally messed up. And the inconsiderate neighbors upstairs. This place really really not good.

Terrible Management!

My fiancé and I have lived at St. Andrews since July 2019. Since then we have been through so many property managers and staff we have lost count. But the biggest issue lately is maintenance! Since 9/11/20 we have had a leak that has gone un-repaired. Calls to the office only result in the run around and flat out lies about who or when repairs when will be done. Calls to Mona at FDC Management have also fallen on deaf ears. Simple communication without lies would be great but are no longer an... option at this property. If you and your family want to live in a safe, clean environment DO NOT rent here.
