Woodbridge Apartments

The office staff is wonderful and very helpful. They act quickly on requests. They are very respectful of tenants. Maintenance is outstanding!!! They truly helped me when I was moving in. I am so blessed to live at Woodbridge!

We decided to rent a 2/2 apartment at Woodbridge Apartments based on the professional, personable and committed office personnel (Bryza, Ryan and Rebecca). They made the process as seamless as possible and provided personal service which makes everyone feel special.

I have lived here since April 2017. The first phone call, I had w/ them I could tell I wanted to live here. Stephanie was so friendly & helpful. Just by their friendly customer service, I put a deposit down on an apartment I hadn’t even seen the insides of, because it was not showable. Never in my life had I done that but these ladies were amazing. And if the management & front office are nice then that’s a huge plus, in my book. As far as the apt goes, it’s great. Yes it was built in the early… 80s so you can hear EVERYTHING your upstairs neighbors are doing because the walls are so thin and floors have no padding. The carpet is super soft, my “faux wood” floors are beautiful and the appliances are new/updated. Also, when you renew they give you a complimentary carpet cleaning. Maintenance gets out within a day or two (depending on more pressing issues). I think my only two complaints would be the amount of outdoor smells that come into the apt, w/ all windows & doors being shut. I can smell when people are outside smoking cigarettes through my laundry room and windows from my bedroom /living room. After being here for going on 3yrs I have adapted & just light a candle for 5-10min to get the smell out. The single pane windows are the main cause for this, which is why I don’t make a big fuss over it. And the 2nd would be there is no lighting in the living room, so you have to purchase like 3 floor lamps to just get a bright room. So a living room light would be nice to have but I think in the 80s that was impossible, lol! I have yet to have an increase in my rent, but I’m sure it’s coming. Especially since they have updated the front office, the gift wrapping room, the fitness center and got Amazon lockers installed for Woodbridge residents only. Now I may come back and update the “star” review if the increase is an outrageous amount, lol. For dog owners, which I am, they have waste bags & trash containers located throughout the complex, which is a huge convenience. The floor plan is very spacious & my neighbors are amazing! We even get (1) carport, for free, that is included in our rent fee. I’m happy to call this complex my home and I couldn’t be happier with the whole crew, from the front office to the maintenance crew. This place is horrible!! No one in this company does their job or takes responsibility for their mistakes!! When you put in a maintenance order who knows if they actually put it in so you have to stay on top of it and don't be surprised if they say they have no record of an order being put in for it!!! You could end up living with a leaking dishwasher and soggy floor for weeks!! Then when it comes time to put in your 60 days notice to leave and you go to the office and notify them that you… aren't renewing your lease they may just feel like not working that day and so even though you did what you were supposed to you are stuck there for as long as they decide to keep you paying a higher rate now since you are out of contract!!! Forget calling the owners because no matter who you talk to they say "well there is nothing we can do" Don't get stuck living in this dump!!! Don't rent from them!!! Read More
