I had hopes for this apartment building moving all the way out of state. The first unit had roaches. So I gave them a second chance and let them transfer me. My second unit had mice. It made my Texas experience horrible. The worst part is that I keep seeing them lease my last roach infested apartment to other people who also leave immediately after moving in. It’s wrong what they are doing to people and the cost for the cheap apartments are terrible. Everything is falling apart and they try to... paint over everything. Please don’t rent here. Leasing experience is nice and easy, community is beautiful. Apartments units are great. Staff is helpful and hospitable.

This community is ver calm quiet. The apartments are beautiful and the unit you tour is the unit you can apply and move in. Very clear communication and fast process.

The apartment that I’m staying in now I been here a week and the first day I spotted a dead mice in the kitchen..The apartment is 1 bedroom 1 bath and there is barely any space. Wish I could move into a bigger space but I can’t.
