The units are well maintained, solid construction and exceptionally clean. The street is all multi-family structures. It is very quiet and seems to be occupied by mostly young professionals. The units were built at a time when space mattered and they are larger than almost all new construction. The street is old Austin and the people that live here appreciate that energy.

I have owned this property since 1990 and people have only moved when they left the city or purchased a new home. People that live here seem to love it. This property is well worth seeing. Parking is assigned and there are two spaces.
